There is a Better Way!

For a number of years as an agent in two previous agencies, I felt there had to be a "better way" to sell real estate.  For example, I found it annoying when other agents got my property calls and not me.  Even more important, it is my opinion that conventional real estate brokers take too much money from independent contractors and do not provide proportionate support in return, especially when most agents generate 70-80% of their sales from their own personal referrals... It was interesting, I was considered one of the top agents in the area, but I was embarrashed to say how much I earned. Also, I feel that the lifestyle options available to career oriented professional Realtors should be more comprehensive, more flexible and much more supportive for everyone from new agents to retirees.  In brief, conventional real estate companies are becoming dinosaurs - controlled by major corporations with their priorities on their bottom line - NOT on the agents' wellbeing and success.
